From living room to water
Our family-run house with eight holiday apartments is located directly on the lake. You don't have to cross any street – you can reach the private dock and beach directly through the lower level via the sunbathing lawn, or simply walk around the outside of the house.
The sunbathing lawn is 350 square meters, each guest has a comfortable lounger at their disposal and a sun umbrella upon request. In the basement you can store your bicycles and water sports equipment. Each holiday apartment includes a parking space in front of the house.

Via the former railway embankment, you can reach Strobl by bicycle in about 20 minutes. There you will find shopping opportunities, a supermarket, a bakery and the popular weekly market.

From the Gschwendt boat landing, you can start a tour around Lake Wolfgang. Visit St. Wolfgang or Strobl and enjoy the lake from a new perspective.
